Our Promise
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at Info@northsupplyco.store and we'll guide you through the process. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved we'll provide a return shipping label and full instructions on where to send your item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at Info@northsupplyco.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the right item is to return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
UK & EU Consumer Rights
As a UK based business we comply fully with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are based in the UK or European Union you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, no explanation needed. The same condition requirements above apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at Info@northsupplyco.store and we'll look into it immediately.
